And, breathwork completely changed my life.

It was a near-death car accident that led me to connect with my breath. The PTSD awakening coupled with the physical pain called me to go deep on my path of self-healing. This calling eventually led me to a yoga mat, where I lay consciously breathing for the first time in my life.

In my very first session, I felt the vast amount of energy in my body and my hands. I knew that with a connection to this energy, I could heal myself and help my physical, emotional and spiritual body.

Within a couple of breath sessions, my physical pain reduced drastically, I was back driving confidently and PTSD was a thing of the past.

And, the miracles, healings and blessings that came from my breath?

There was more….

So much more.

The Breath Is Our Own Medicine That’s Always Available To Us.


My relationship with the breath all started because I wanted to show up in my life differently and more consciously.

Every breathwork session brought a different type of blessing for me - whether it was physical, emotional, spiritual or mental, it helped me navigate all of life’s ebbs and flows, peaks and valleys with more ease and confidence. No matter what was showing up, the breath was my access point to rerouting me back home to my true self.

As an award-winning leadership coach and author specializing in helping leaders and teams amplify their impact at work without burnout, I could see my clients needed something more.

I know how difficult it tame the mind and find presence in stressful situations or environments - until we connect to our breath.

The breath is the fastest way to regulation, presence and openness- in that space, all healing and true insights happen.

That’s when I decided to train as a breathwork facilitator.

Because my medicine was also to help others find theirs.

The Methodology I Use

The style of breathwork I work with is called Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB). Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of working and training with remarkable teachers, including Robin Clements of Breathwave and Cian and Carolyn Dalton of The Stretch Space.

I combine my 8+ years working in psychology and executive coaching into my breathwork facilitation. This allows me to uniquely blend transformational coaching and conscious connected breathwork into my practice for clients. This fusion deepens the breath and enhances the transformative experience for my clients, ensuring profound personal growth and healing.
