The breath is the direct gateway to get out of the chaos of your mind and stressors and come into your body, heart and spirit.
The mind is powerful, but it’s not always easy to quieten.
That’s where the breath comes in.
No longer do we need to search outside of ourselves for peace, answers or calmness. All we need to do is simply breathe, consciously.
The majority aren’t taught how to breathe efficiently or to truly honour the power of our breath, even though we breathe up to 25,000 times per day.
Working with the Conscious Connected Breath (CCB) practice and methodology supports us in coming back to true well-being on all levels- physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.

Setting Intentions, Connection & Coaching
We begin each session with a conversation about your intentions and goals. This is your time to share what you hope to achieve, whether it's reducing stress, improving your physical health, enhancing emotional balance, or deepening your spiritual connection. Guided Breathwork Practice
After our initial chat, we'll move into the guided breathwork practice. This involves specific breathing techniques tailored to your goals. I'll provide clear instructions, hands-on facilitation and sound to guide you through each step to ensure you're comfortable and confident in your practice. Throughout the session, I'll be there to support you, offering gentle guidance and adjustments as needed.
